Who made Roman maths?

There is no specific person that can be credited with the creation of Roman numerals. They gradually evolved over a long period of time, with influences from various cultures. While the origins are not clearly documented, it is believed that the system developed based on tally marks and finger counting. Over time, various symbols and notations were introduced and refined to represent numbers. The Roman numeral system, as it is commonly known today, was developed by the ancient Romans through centuries of use and modifications.
