ancient relics (Ban Chum Phae School) I do not know the exact history when it was built. But from the local history that said Ban Chum Phae was originally a large village, divided into 3 Khum, namely Khum Tai, Khum Klang, and Khum Nuea.
Khum Tai has "Wat Tai" as a regular temple. Located near Kut Chum Phae Location of Grandfather Khao Shrine which is a holy place Later it was an abandoned temple and has long since been demolished. Currently, it is the area of Ban Chum Phae School. (Formerly known as Wat Pho That School) and there is also a shrine of Pu Khao. A sacred place where Chum Phae people pay their respects, pay their respects and pay their respects for their well-being. Therefore, the ancient site within the school is probably part of Wat Tai.
Khum Nuea has "Wat Pho Si" as a regular temple of Khum. later an abandoned temple and has been dismantled for a long time Currently, the area is Talat Nuea and Chum Phae District Office.
Khum Klang has "Wat Klang" as a regular temple. Located in the middle of Chum Phae Village near Nong Yi Loeng Currently renamed to “Wat Pho That” because the original area had 3 chedi or relics and 3 large Bodhi trees.
Ban Chum Phae School was formerly known as Wat Pho That School. (From the interview with the monks of Wat Phothat, the information that School area is the soil of Wat Pho That)
The archaeological site looks like a hill of ancient brick ruins. The size of the hill is about 5x5 meters, about 2 meters high, with 4 large trees growing on the hill. including roots and weeds On the hillside, bricks and sandstone were scattered scattered about. The brick size is about 15x30x8 centimeters. The west side of the hill has 1 piece of sculpture base, while the top of the hill has a high relief sculpture of a person. (Buddha?) in 1 piece, carved from sandstone. It is the torso, arms and hands, with the hands placed in front of the lap. Facing north west
On the west side of the ancient monument hill was a wasteland. On the east side is a basketball court. On the south side is a pavilion enshrining a Buddha image. And on the north side is "Pu Khao Shrine", the sacred object of the school and Ban Chum Phae.
