What was the time period of maurya dynasty?

The Mauryan dynasty ruled over much of the Indian subcontinent from 321 BCE to 185 BCE. Founded by Chandragupta Maurya, who overthrew the Nanda dynasty, the empire reached its peak under Ashoka, who ruled from 268 BCE to 232 BCE. The Mauryan empire was one of the largest empires in the ancient world, spanning from the Indus Valley in the west to the Bay of Bengal in the east and from the Himalayas in the north to the Deccan Plateau in the south.
