Did the Germans actually make soap out of their enemies when they killed them?

There is no reliable evidence that the Germans made soap out of their enemies during World War II. This claim is likely based on a combination of Nazi propaganda and Allied wartime rumors and exaggerations.

During the war, the Nazis spread propaganda claiming that the Allies were planning to use the bodies of dead Germans to make soap and other products. This propaganda was designed to demoralize Allied forces and to justify German atrocities.

In addition, there were rumors among Allied troops that the Germans were using the bodies of their enemies to make soap. These rumors were likely based on stories told by survivors of Nazi concentration camps, who witnessed the brutal and dehumanizing treatment that they and other prisoners were subjected to.

However, there is no credible evidence to support these claims. The Holocaust was a terrible and destructive event, but there is no evidence that it involved the use of human bodies for industrial purposes.
