Wat Noi archaeological site is located under a large tree. Inside the lawn in front of the Nan National Museum which used to belong to the former ruler of Nan (Hor Kham) and Nan City Hall, the year the ancient site was built. But there is a legend that it was built by King Suriyaphong Pharitdet, the 63rd ruler of Nan, with the cause of its creation caused by King Suriyaphong Pharitdet, who has informed the monks about the number of temples in Nan. to King Chulalongkorn, Rama 5, but it appears that the number of temples is too many, so this little temple was built to complete the number that has been told to the King.

The appearance of the ancient site is a small viharn (like a shrine) made of bricks and mortar. The size is 1.98 meters wide, 2.34 meters long, and 3.35 meters high. The viharn faces east.
