Did men and women have equal role on farm medieval times?

No, medieval society was highly patriarchal, and men and women had distinct roles and responsibilities on the farm. While both genders parcipated in agricultural labor, men held dominant positions and performed tasks considered physically demanding, such as plowing, harvesting, and taking care of livestock. Women were primarily responsible domestic duties, including cooking, cleaning, raising children, and tending to the vegetable gardens.
