Who was the leader in ottoman during world war 1?

The leader of the Ottoman Empire during World War I was Mehmed V. He was the 33rd Sultan of the Ottoman Empire and reigned from 1909 to 1918. Mehmed V was a weak and ineffectual ruler who was controlled by a group of military officers called the Three Pashas. The Three Pashas were Enver Pasha, Talat Pasha, and Cemal Pasha. They were responsible for leading the Ottoman Empire into World War I and for the disastrous consequences that followed. Mehmed V died in 1918 and was succeeded by his brother, Mehmed VI.
