What did the witchita Indians eat?

The Wichita Indians were primarily an agricultural people,

Their main crops were corn,

beans, squash, and sunflowers.

These crops were supplemented with hunting and gathering and they

hunted buffalo, deer, elk, prairie chickens, quail and ducks along the wooded

banks of streams
