Who were the people sent by Robespierre to guilotine?

Robespierre did not personally send anyone to the guillotine. During the Reign of Terror (1793-1794), the Committee of Public Safety, of which Robespierre was a leading figure, oversaw the arrests and executions of thousands of people accused of being enemies of the Revolution. These included nobles, members of the clergy, former officials of the monarchy, and anyone suspected of supporting the counter-revolution or plotting against the republic. The victims were tried by the Revolutionary Tribunal, and those found guilty were sent to the guillotine.
