Even keeping this in mind, the educational services of the State suffer from various shortcomings and problems that are also shared with the realities of other countries in the world and, especially, in Latin America. In the absence of proposals from governments and civil society, Education International emerged , a conglomerate of institutions that, beyond ideological considerations, carries out an intense work of analysis and search for solutions for public education in more than 150 countries.
