What treaty established Israel as a nation?

There is no single "treaty" that established Israel as a nation. The State of Israel was established on 14 May 1948 by the Jewish Agency for Palestine, led by David Ben-Gurion, following a United Nations resolution (Resolution 181) that called for the creation of independent Jewish and Arab states in Mandatory Palestine. The resolution was not implemented by the British, and the ensuing civil war led to the creation of the State of Israel.
