When was the end of roman Civil War?

The end of the Roman Civil War is generally considered to have occurred in 31 BC when Octavian, the adopted son and heir of Julius Caesar, decisively defeated Mark Antony and Cleopatra at the Battle of Actium. This victory effectively ended the triumvirate and established Octavian as the sole ruler of the Roman world. He was subsequently granted the title of Augustus by the Roman Senate, marking the beginning of the Roman Empire.
