When quaid e azam joined congress?

Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah joined the Indian National Congress in 1906. He became one of the most prominent leaders of the Congress and was elected as the President of the Indian National Congress in 1916. However, he resigned from the Congress in 1920 due to differences with Mahatma Gandhi over the issue of non-cooperation with the British government.
