Where does the phrase all in wrist originate?

The phrase "all in wrist" is believed to have originated from the popular 1970s American TV series "The Six Million Dollar Man." In the series, the main character, Colonel Steve Austin, was a former astronaut who was rebuilt after a near-fatal plane crash. As part of his reconstruction, he was given a number of bionic enhancements, including a superpowered right arm and wrist.

In one episode, Colonel Austin is shown using his bionic wrist to perform a variety of superhuman feats, including lifting heavy objects, punching through walls, and even catching bullets. At one point, he is challenged to a test of strength by a group of criminals. Austin agrees, and the two sides square off. As the criminals take their turns trying to defeat Austin, he easily dispatches them with his bionic wrist.

After the criminals have been defeated, one of them asks Austin how he was able to defeat them so easily. Austin simply replies, "All in wrist."

The phrase "all in wrist" quickly caught on, and it has been used ever since to refer to someone who is incredibly skilled or talented at something. It is often used in a humorous or self-deprecating way.
