What was some of failures that Francisco Pizarro had?

* Pizarro's early attempts at conquest were unsuccessful. In 1524, he led an expedition to the Inca Empire but was forced to retreat after being defeated by the Incas at the Battle of Puná Island. In 1526, he led another expedition but was again defeated by the Incas at the Battle of Rimac.

* Pizarro's conquest of the Inca Empire was brutal and bloody. He and his men massacred thousands of Incas, including the emperor Atahualpa. This brutality turned many Incas against the Spanish and made it more difficult for Pizarro to control the empire.

* Pizarro's rule of the Inca Empire was short-lived. He was assassinated by a group of disgruntled Spanish conquistadors in 1541. His death led to a civil war among the Spanish in Peru, which further weakened the Spanish hold on the empire.
