Where did the vikings store all their weapons on longship?

There were no designated storage spaces for weapons on Viking longships. Instead, weapons were likely kept in various places on the ship, depending on the type and size of the weapon.

Some weapons, such as swords and axes, may have been hung on the ship's railings or stowed in the hold. Shields were often stacked along the sides of the ship, while spears and lances could be stored in racks along the deck. Alternatively, some weapons may be kept in the cabins or below deck.
