- Tillamook men excelled in carving wooden objects such as canoes, paddles, hunting implements, harpoons, clubs, masks, bowls, and even elaborately carved house posts decorated with animal figures.
Feather Work:
- They created vibrant and artistic feather regalia for ceremonial attire, headdresses, dance gear, and decorative purposes. Feathers from birds like eagles, hawks, and puffins were meticulously arranged in various patterns and colors.
Clothing and Embroidery:
- Tillamook people wore woven garments made from cedar bark or animal skins. Women were skilled in embellishing clothes with intricate beadwork, quillwork, and embroidery adorned with geometric patterns, floral motifs, and symbolic designs.
