Where did corinthinan order originate?

Corinthian order is considered to have originated in ancient Greece. It is characterized by its fluted columns with elaborate capitals decorated with acanthus leaves and scrolls. Corinthian columns are typically the most ornate and decorative of the three main orders of classical architecture (Doric, Ionic, and Corinthian). The earliest known examples of Corinthian columns date back to the 5th century BCE and are found in temples and other important structures in Greece and the Hellenistic world.
