Who won the first and second anglo-Powhatan war?

The first Anglo-Powhatan War took place from 1609-1614, and the English successfully claimed victory due to the capture of Powhatan's daughter Pocahontas. The resulting treaty required Powhatan to accept the English presence and to return other English captives.

Conversely, the second Anglo-Powhatan War, which lasted from 1622-1632, was primarily a defensive conflict for Powhatan and his people. The English were victorious, leading Powhatan to negotiate a better truce under more beneficial conditions.
