2. Head Shape
Incas typically had a long, narrow skull with a receding forehead. This is different from the Mayans and Aztecs who both had wider heads and less pronounced foreheads.
3. Facial Features
Incas typically had brown eyes, and dark brown to black hair. Facial hair ranged from very little on the upper lip and chin to a mustache or beard.
4. Skin Color
Their skin tone ranged from light tan to a deep brown.
5. Clothing
Inca men typically wore a tunic and a loincloth. Women typically wore a dress that reached the ankles and was tied at the waist. Both men and women wore sandals or went barefoot. Inca clothing was frequently adorned with bright decorations, tassels, and embroidery.
6. Body Modifications
Inca warriors often had their skulls intentionally elongated during infancy by binding the head tightly with cloth or cordage. This was not practiced on Inca women.
