1. Inti (Sun God): Inti, also known as Apu Inti or Viracocha, was the primary deity and the most significant god in the Inca pantheon. The Incas considered themselves to be the descendants of the sun, and they believed that Inti watched over them, providing light, heat, and fertility to the land. The temple of Coricancha in Cusco was dedicated to Inti, and the Inca emperors were seen as the direct representatives of the Sun God on Earth.
2. Viracocha: Viracocha (or Wiracocha) was another major god in Inca mythology. He was often associated with creation and was considered the creator god. Viracocha was a mysterious deity who was believed to have created the world and then vanished, leaving the Incas to learn and progress on their own. He was sometimes depicted as a bearded, elderly man wearing white robes.
