How did he Historians divide the Indian culture?

Historians divide Indian culture into three broad periods:

1) The Vedic Age (1500 BC to 600 BC): This period is marked by the composition of the Vedas, a collection of sacred hymns and rituals. The Vedic people were primarily pastoralists and lived in the region of Punjab and Haryana.

2) The Classical Age (600 BC to 1200 AD): This period saw the rise of large empires, such as the Maurya and Gupta empires. During this time, there was a great deal of cultural and intellectual activity, including the development of the arts, sciences, and literature.

3) The Medieval Age (1200 AD to 1800 AD): This period was marked by the rise of Islam and the decline of Hinduism. During this time, there was also a great deal of political instability and social upheaval.
