Ctividade de Terroso was a settlement located in Povoa de Varzim, Portugal. Known in the Middle Ages as Montis Teroso, it was founded at the top of Monte da Ctividade, in the Parish of Terroso, 153 meters high where there are records of occupation between 800 BC. and III A.D.
The Ctividade de Terroso is an extremely fortified fortified by three walls made up of large blocks. Its population was engaged in agriculture, fishing, grazing and working in metals, textiles and ceramics. The castrejos practiced the incineration of their dead in pits and later outside their homes.
