Why Lenin able to achieve his goal of feeding people?

Lenin was not able to achieve his goal of feeding the people.

During his time in power, the Bolsheviks implemented policies such as the establishment of state control over food production and distribution, as well as the requisitioning of grain from peasants. These policies led to widespread food shortages and famines, particularly in rural areas. Millions of people died as a result of these policies.
