Is one way in which the European economy was impacted by Columbian Exchange?

Increased wealth and prosperity. The flow of gold and silver from the Americas to Europe led to a significant increase in the European money supply, which in turn fueled economic growth. This growth was particularly evident in the Spanish and Portuguese economies, which were the first to benefit from the influx of American bullion. The increased wealth and prosperity led to a rise in living standards for many Europeans, as well as an increase in investment in infrastructure, education, and the arts.
