What did roosevelt and Stalin agree to at the tehran conference?

The Tehran Conference, held from 28 November to 1 December 1943, was a strategic meeting of the Allies during World War II. The three leaders who attended were Joseph Stalin of the Soviet Union, Winston Churchill of the United Kingdom, and Franklin D. Roosevelt of the United States.

At the conference, the Allies made several important agreements, including:

- Coordinating military operations to accelerate Germany's defeat.

- Opening a second front, the invasion of Normandy (Operation Overlord), on 1 June 1944.

- Post-war territorial issues; they agreed that Poland's border would be moved westward, into former German territory, and that the Soviet Union would annex some of Poland's eastern regions.

- To punish Nazi leaders as war criminals.

The Tehran conference was a significant turning point in the war, and the agreements made there helped to ensure the Allied victory.
