Turkey was not part of ancient Greece.

The area currently known as Turkey is composed of several ancient regions, including Anatolia, Bithynia, Cappadocia, Cilicia, Galatia, Ionia, Lycia, Paphlagonia, Phrygia, Pisidia, and Thrace. These regions were home to various civilizations throughout history, including the Hittites, Lydians, Persians, and Romans.

While there were some cultural exchanges and interactions between ancient Greece and these regions, Turkey was never part of ancient Greece politically or geographically.
