Did Abe Lincoln have Marfan syndrome?

Abraham Lincoln did exhibit many physical characteristics associated with Marfan syndrome, such as being tall and slender, having long limbs, and suffering from scoliosis. However, it is not possible to definitively diagnose someone with Marfan syndrome based on physical characteristics alone. In order to confirm a diagnosis of Marfan syndrome, genetic testing would need to be performed. Furthermore, Lincoln did not have any of the other major symptoms of Marfan syndrome, such as heart problems or eye problems. Therefore, it is unlikely that he had Marfan syndrome.
