What is a radical working class man and women?

Radical working-class men and women are those who are committed to challenging the structures of capitalism and imperialism. They believe that the interests of the working class are fundamentally opposed to those of the ruling class. They are committed to radical transformation of society that replaces the current unjust and exploitative system with a more egalitarian and democratic society.

Radical working-class men and women often organize themselves into labour unions, political parties, and other organizations to fight for the rights of the working class. They may also engage in direct action and other forms of protest to promote social change. They believe in the power of collective organising to fight against the exploitative nature of capitalism and to achieve genuine economic, political, and social change.
