Why did Huxley write Brave New World from an outsiders point of view?

Huxley did not write Brave New World from an outsider's point of view. The story begins and closes through the voice of the protagonist, Bernard Marx, and then uses Bernard's perspective throughout the work. There are points of the view of other characters, most notably John the Savage when introduced; these characters are never fully outsiders as is common for a third-person point of view.
