Where did the Spanish War take place?

The Spanish-American War was a war between Spain and the United States that took place in 1898. The war began when the United States declared war on Spain in response to the sinking of the USS Maine in Havana harbor. The war was fought in the Philippines, Cuba, and Puerto Rico. The United States won the war and gained control of the Philippines, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Cuba.
