The Roumeliotian fighter of '21, Ioannis Makrygiannis describes the preparation for the start of the Revolution On the occasion of the celebration of the national milestone of 200 years since the Revolution of 1821, ERT broadcasts a different one-minute segment based on passages every day texts of fighters of the 21st and scholars of the time, under the general title "The 21st through texts of the 21st".

These are, in total, 365 single minutes, dedicated to the Greek Revolution, which will be broadcast daily by ERT1, ERT2, ERT3 and ERTWorld. The idea, the selection, the composition of the texts and the reading are the work of the professor of the History of New Hellenism, at EKPA, Maria Efthymiou, who selflessly collected and presents texts from the 1821 era, which explain, remind and narrate the revolutionary years through the words of the fighters of the 21st century and scholars of the time.
