1. Reorganization of the Polish provisional government: The Polish Provisional Government of National Unity was to be reorganized on a broader democratic basis with the inclusion of democratic leaders from Poland itself and from Poles abroad.

5. Control of Danube and Black Sea: The Allied powers would establish an international control commission to oversee the Danube River and Black Sea.
6. Declaration on Liberated Europe: The Allied powers pledged to assist the liberated countries of Eastern Europe in establishing democratic governments and to help them rebuild their economies.
7. The United Nations: The Allied powers agreed to establish a new international organization, the United Nations, to maintain peace and security in the postwar world.
