Where did the Shogun live?

The Shogun lived in Edo Castle, which is now known as the Imperial Palace in Tokyo, Japan. The castle was the primary residence of the Tokugawa shoguns, who ruled Japan from 1603 to 1867. Edo Castle was a vast complex of buildings, gardens, and moats, and it served as the center of political and military power in Japan during the Edo period.
