History of North America

Did The American defeat at Crown Point gave the British control of water invasion route from Canada?

The statement is historically inaccurate. The American victory at the Battle of Crown Point during the French and Indian War did not give the British control of a water invasion route from Canada. Instead, it was a significant success for the British forces and helped secure control of the Champlain Valley for the next several years. The British eventually launched their successful invasion of Canada from Montreal, not from Crown Point.
