When did most of the African foreign rule end?

Most African countries achieved their independence during the African Decolonization period following World War II and culminating before the late 1980s. During decolonization countries such as Nigeria(1960), the Democratic Republic of Congo(1960), Guinea (1958), Kenya (1963), Zambia (1964), Tanzania (1961), Angola (1975), Mozambique (1975), Namibia (1990), South Africa (1994) among others all gained independent from their European rule.
