What does the term Aryan refer to Holocaust?

The term "Aryan" was used by the Nazi regime in Germany during the Holocaust to refer to a supposed superior race of people who were believed to be descended from ancient Indo-European peoples. The Nazis saw the Aryans as the master race and believed that they were destined to rule over other "inferior" races. This ideology of racial superiority was used to justify the persecution and genocide of millions of people during the Holocaust, including Jews, Roma, Slavs, and other minorities.
