History of Africa

Can a doctor be able to tell just by looking at newborn that is mixed white and black or how long does it take for you if child?

A doctor may not be able to determine the race of a newborn baby just by looking at them, as physical characteristics such as skin color can vary greatly within and between racial groups. Additionally, many newborns have light skin that may darken as they get older. It is generally not considered appropriate to make assumptions about a person's race based on their physical appearance, and it is important to treat all individuals with respect and understanding, regardless of their background or ethnicity.
