Who fought the 100 year war?

The Hundred Years' War was a conflict between England and France that lasted on and off from 1337 to 1453. The primary belligerents were the Kingdom of England and the Kingdom of France, but many other countries and states were involved in the conflict at one time or another, including Scotland, the Duchy of Brittany, the Republic of Genoa, the Duchy of Burgundy, the County of Flanders, the Holy Roman Empire, the Kingdom of Navarre, the Kingdom of Portugal, the Kingdom of Castile and León, and the Duchy of Milan.
