What are Mary accomplishments?

Mary, mother of Jesus:

* Gave birth to Jesus Christ, the Son of God. This is her most significant accomplishment, as it fulfills the prophecies of the Old Testament and brings about the salvation of humanity.

* Raised Jesus and taught him about God. Mary played a vital role in Jesus' upbringing, instilling in him the values and teachings that would shape his ministry.

* Accompanied Jesus during his ministry. Mary was present at many of Jesus' miracles and teachings, and she provided support and encouragement to him throughout his life.

* Assumed into heaven. According to Catholic tradition, Mary was assumed into heaven, body and soul, at the end of her earthly life.

Mary Magdalene:

* Followed Jesus and supported his ministry. Mary Magdalene was a disciple of Jesus who traveled with him and his apostles, providing financial support and serving as a witness to his teachings and miracles.

* Anointed Jesus' feet with costly perfume. This act of devotion demonstrated Mary Magdalene's deep love and respect for Jesus, and it was a foreshadowing of his burial.

* Witnessed Jesus' crucifixion and burial. Mary Magdalene was one of the women who remained at the cross during Jesus' crucifixion, and she helped to prepare his body for burial.

* Discovered Jesus' empty tomb. Mary Magdalene was the first person to discover the empty tomb on Easter morning, and she was the first to proclaim Jesus' resurrection to the apostles.

St. Mary of Egypt:

* Repented of her sinful life and became a hermit. Mary of Egypt was a former prostitute who renounced her worldly life and went to live in the desert, where she spent the rest of her life in prayer and penance.

* Achieved spiritual perfection through constant prayer and self-denial. Mary of Egypt's holiness was recognized by the desert fathers, who sought her guidance and wisdom.

* Left behind a remarkable account of her life and spiritual journey. Mary of Egypt's life story, known as the "Life of Mary of Egypt," has inspired countless Christians throughout the centuries to turn away from sin and seek a closer relationship with God.
