-Airman Jackson may also seek redress through the military justice system. She can file a complaint with the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, which will investigate the incident and determine if criminal charges should be filed against Sergeant Wilson.
-If criminal charges are filed, Sergeant Wilson will be entitled to a trial by court-martial. If found guilty, Sergeant Wilson may be sentenced to confinement, forfeiture of pay, or dishonorable discharge from the military.
