In the days of the quarantine to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, obviously the historical walks organized by Meneleos Charalambidis cannot continue.
The well-known historian, however, continues his actions with the help of technology, offering us at this juncture the opportunity to enrich our historical knowledge.
So on Tuesday, Charalambidis organizes a live streaming on Facebook on the topic of "Asia Minor refugees in interwar Athens".
They will discuss questions such as:How and how much has the city changed? How did the Asia Minors live in the refugee districts? What are their relations with the old inhabitants of the city? What is their political behavior?
At the beginning, references will be made to the main parameters of the topic, at the same time relevant photographic material will be shown and then a discussion will follow.
