What is the value of a 1941 walking liberty half dollar with eagle upside down?

The "Eagle Upside Down" variety only occurred on the 1941-S half dollar. All half dollars minted at the San Francisco Mint that year were inverted. No half dollars were minted in Philadelphia or Denver that year. All 1941 half dollars, regardless of mint mark or orientation, are worth their value in silver, $8-9 at today's prices.
