Born into a wealthy family in 1917, John Fitzgerald Kennedy is also known by his initials "JFK". Favorable to the entry into the war of the United States, he participated in the Second World War in the Navy.

During his tenure, he attempted to end the economic recession, opposed communist expansion, initiated US space policy, and fought against racial segregation. In the midst of the Cold War, he negotiated agreements with Nikita Khrushchev, which would lead to "Dtente".
On November 22, 1963, during a trip to Texas as part of his campaign for his re-election, he was assassinated.
