Where can I find information about my estate...There was no record in the probate Any ideas?

1. Check with the county recorder's office. The county recorder's office keeps records of all real estate transactions, including deeds, mortgages, and liens. If you think you may have an interest in an estate, you can search the records at the county recorder's office to see if there is any record of a will or trust.

2. Contact the state attorney general's office. The state attorney general's office is responsible for enforcing the laws governing estates. If you believe that someone has mishandled an estate, you can file a complaint with the attorney general's office.

3. Hire an attorney. If you are still having trouble finding information about your estate, you may want to hire an attorney who specializes in estate law. An attorney can help you search for records and represent you in court if necessary.
