Lak Loi Waterfall is part of Khlong Nong Ngag, flowing from Khao Pho Ta Song Khong, a large, complex mountain range that continually flows from the east side. (in Chumphon province) to join with Khlong Nong Nga Noi and Khlong Ratchakrut. before entering the Andaman Sea between Ao Son and Ao Yai Kim which is about 5 kilometers to the west.
The floating waterfall is at the foot of Pha Pho Ta Song Khong, which is filled with small to large pebbles. It is a distance of more than 1 kilometer long, cascading down the slopes, causing the appearance of a waterfall. It flows all year round.

Geological conditions
