The modular exhibition "Historiis Apodexis" is a dynamic, multi-level and original activity. It was designed in the logic of synergies and the interconnection of the Museums of the YPPOA, in order to create the reference report on the historical events in the physical space of nine cooperating Museums that have in their collections works directly or indirectly related to these events, under the coordination of the Department Exhibitions of the Directorate of Archaeological Museums Exhibitions and Educational Programs (D.A.M.E.E.P.).

The Museum of the Ancient Agora and the Archaeological Museum of Ceramics of the Ephorate of Antiquities (EFA) of the City of Athens, the Archaeological Museum of Piraeus and the Archaeological Museum of Salamis of the EFA of Piraeus &Islands, the Archaeological Museum of Lavrio of the EFA of Eastern Attica, the Historical Information Center of Thermopylae chosen by EFA Fthiotida &Evrytania, the Archaeological Museum of Sparta of EFA Laconia, the Numismatic and Epigraphic Museum, are the spaces for which it was designed and in which supervisory material for the historical battles is presented, exposing a different thematic axis of the events.

The limited access to the Museums for reasons of health security due to the pandemic was the reason for D.AMEPE, adopting good practices, to proceed with the digital transcription of the exhibition "History Apodexis", in accordance with the requirements for open museums and open access to all cultural spaces. As the YPPOA announcement informs, many contributors cooperated for the exhibition:the Ephorates of Antiquities and private bodies, which provided important supplementary material, such as the National Archaeological Museum, the Acropolis Museum, the Kanellopoulos P&A Museum, Foundations and Museums abroad, such as the The Louvre Museum, the Ostiense Museum, the Kotsana Museum of Ancient Technology, the American School of Classical Studies, the German Archaeological Institute, the Onassis Foundation, the Giannis Tsarouchi Foundation, the Bank of Greece, the Naval Archive, etc.

In total, a digital repository was gathered that exceeds a hundred references to the specific events with access to a wider exhibition material (ceramics, coins, tools, weaponry, sculptures, monuments, maps and much more). The exhibition is structured in twelve thematic sections that create an integrated and timeless framework for the presentation of the Greco-Persian wars, offering valid knowledge about the events of 480 BC. in an attractive and innovative way. Its production is bilingual (Greek/English), with easy-to-use navigation and dynamic content.
