Did the Haida tribe have allies?

The Haida people had a complex and dynamic relationship with their neighbors. They had close alliances with the Tlingit and Tsimshian people, as well as with other groups such as the Kwakwaka'wakw and Nuu-chah-nulth. These alliances were often based on trade, marriage, and shared cultural and linguistic similarities. The Haida also had rivalries with other groups, particularly with the Heiltsuk and Bella Coola people, who were often competing for resources and territory.
