Where chariots used in Ancient Egypt?

Ancient Egypt is believed to have been one of the first civilizations to use chariots in warfare, with the earliest evidence dating back to the Middle Kingdom period (around 2000-1600 BCE). Chariots were lightweight, two-wheeled vehicles pulled by horses or donkeys, and they were used for transportation and combat. They were typically made of wood and leather and were often decorated with intricate carvings and paintings. The Egyptians used chariots in a variety of military campaigns, including the conquest of Nubia and Syria. Chariots were also used in hunting expeditions and in ceremonial processions.
