Who built Aztec?

The Aztecs were a Nahuatl-speaking people who lived in central Mexico in the 14th, 15th, and 16th centuries. They built the city of Tenochtitlan, which was located in the Valley of Mexico. Tenochtitlan was the capital of the Aztec Empire and was one of the largest cities in the pre-Columbian Americas. The Aztecs were skilled builders and engineers, and they built many temples, palaces, and other structures in Tenochtitlan. The most famous of these structures is the Great Pyramid of Tenochtitlan, which was dedicated to the Aztec god Huitzilopochtli.
